Chelsea Rogers: Hello, everyone. I'm Chelsea Rogers, with the "Wireless Dealer Magazine," here at Super Mobility Week, CTIA 2014. I'm here with Mark with MCE Systems. How are you, Mark?

Mark: Good. How are you, Chelsea?

Chelsea: I'm great. Thanks for being here. Mark, tell our viewers a little bit about your company, what it does, and what it's known for.

Mark: MCE Systems is really revolutionizing the retail experience for mobile device management contact transfer in-store diagnostics. We're trying to address the real issue of the high number of "No Fault Found" mobile devices and allow dealers to resolve issues in-store, make money, new revenue from managing those, and just have a better mobile device on-boarding experience, as well as the service experience.

Chelsea: Are you saying you don't necessarily have to send it out? It could be done in the store?

Mark: About 40 percent of all devices that are sent back for repair can be resolved in-store. That's millions of devices a year within the North American market that can actually be managed and serviced in-store.

Chelsea: Why isn't this happening, do you think?

Mark: Innovative companies like ours are now developing the tools and delivering those to dealers to allow that to happen.

Chelsea: Is this available now or is it happening? Is it in the works?

Mark: This is available now. We have domination in the mobile retail within the Canadian market and the UK market. We are in some of the mobile stores within the US. This is really our US market launch. On our website at mce-sys.com, we are launching a new package for the US market that I think will be quite compelling and interesting to the dealers.
