Chelsea Rogers: Hello, everyone. I'm Chelsea Rogers with Wireless Dealer Magazine, here at CTIA Super Mobility Week 2014. I'm here with Alex with ANB Components. How are you today?

Alex: I'm doing excellent. Vegas has been an amazing experience.

Chelsea: You guys are having a good show?

Alex: Absolutely.

Chelsea: I'm glad to hear that. Alex, why don't you give our viewers a little insight and background on what your company does and what it's known for?

Alex: We're known for our quality. More than anything, we're known for just being able to be consistent in a highly inconsistent market. We make sure that when there are defects, we take care of it. We make sure that you know the solutions that are available in ways that other competitors just don't.

Chelsea: Tell me the difference between having a personal rep versus not with your company.

Alex: One of the things that we can do is when there are defects on the market or when there's a specific situation, we can work with you to help you know how to do the repair itself. When there's specific problems, we can outsource solutions to other companies and find out how exactly to maneuver around that difficulty with the repair. The phones are so finicky. There's so many minute problems, and we can help you discover how to get around them.

Chelsea: It sure sounds like you guys have all that worked out for sure. Tell us a little bit more about quality control.

Alex: Everything's coming from China, just full-stop. The culture there just isn't the same. They're willing to...in general, it's more of a you buy, you're done. [laughs] Period. A lot of the trouble that people experience is getting returns or making sure that the quality is consistent.
If they get one shipment, that it remains that same type of quality. We're just the best at keeping China honest, honestly. [laughs]
